CJ DESIGNS LIQUID STORAGE TANK – KTM 950 ADVENTURE

Description

Finally, a good solution to the lack of “liquid storage capacity” on a 950 Adventure! Keep the weight on the back of the bike, and takes up no extra room when not needed.

CJ Designs has designed an aluminum “liquid storage tank” to mount where your left exhaust pipe used to be (you need to have a 2-1 exhaust modification for this tank to work, see our 2-1 pipe for options).

• 1.8 gallon capacity.
• Uses common Acerbis gas cap so if you have any problems or lose the cap it’s easy to replace.
• Mounts securely using the exhaust mounting points.
• Thoroughly torture tested in racing conditions and adventure rides.
• Manual, visual level gauge. – “Tube sight gauge”  (removable)
• Comes with mounting hardware, sealant for fittings not included (you will need basic tools, the skills to use them and your sealant of choice to install this kit, parts to hook up to bike are not included).
• Includes one way cap vent.

We keep the bare aluminum (machine finish) version in stock and that will show as available in the drop down menu below. We also offer a powder coated gray or black version as a special order item,  since we only have them powder coated as needed by your order.  If you want a gray or black powder coated tank expect approximately 2 weeks for delivery.

These are hand made in the USA.

We suggest using this product with External Luggage bars for Crash protection. (Wolfman racks shown – no longer available).
