This is a CJ Designs Clutch Lock Washer for the KTM 690 / Husky 701
After hearing of failures of the stock clutch locking washer we have designed a new one to try and eliminate some of the issues.
The new design features dual locking tabs, dual retaining tabs, a wider profile, and made out of more robust 16 gauge stainless steel.
Yes, it will be a little harder to bend up, but that’s the point. It will be that much harder to bend down, so it won’t fail. Note that photos are of a pre-production 3d print – production parts are stainless.
