Early 03-04 KTM 950 Adventure bikes came with a 3 piece pushrod.  Over time these can compress causing loss of engagement stroke.  This will allow the clutch to drag, causing heat and annoyance.

Replacing the rod to this version will bring you back to Current OEM Specs.

The seal may also need to be replaced behind the Clutch slave.  Order a spare.
