CJ Designs Manufactured Akro Spark Arrestor Insert – 48mm Single and other custom sizes

SOLD EACH – I try and keep a few sets built and ready to ship.

Currently I am having a hard time getting the required materials that meet these specs.  I am holding all orders until I can get more.  If interested, please email with a picture of your silencer and I will add you to the waiting list.  

These are built to fit the older style Akro silencers with trumpet style end used on 950ADV/SE, NOT the newer Carbon tips.  All other bikes are custom.
I don’t offer anything for the carbon tipped silencers.

Currently built to order. So don’t wait if you need them for your next big ride or event.

These are USFS approved inserts.   Easy bolt in installation.   Remove the core that’s currently bolted in, slip this in and re-bolt.    Ride with no worries.

These don’t have a USFS stamp on them, but includes a USFS sticker to apply to your silencer.  It will pass the easy stick test for a screen being installed.

Custom builds will take longer, email for eta.
