The SAS Stage 1 kit is our most basic kit containing only the SAS block off plates. These plates are machined from 6061 T6 aluminum, tumbled, then Thermocoated which unlike most other anodized plates, will NEVER fade or turn purple. Finally they are machined one by one with our tough ‘R’ logo that speaks of quality parts.

This SAS Stage 1 kit is typically used on 950 LC8 model engines as unlike fuel injected models, warning lights (FI) do not come on when the SAS ands Canister valves are unplugged and removed. On all fuel injected LC8 engines, choose either our basic Stage 2 SAS or more comprehensive Stage 3 SAS for the 990 Adventure or if you may consider balancing your throttle bodies in the future. Both the Stage 2 and 3 SAS kits come will everything you will need for the fuel injected models.
