A solution to help fuel related contamination issues on your KTM 950/990 Adventure.

Easy to clean drop in filters without having to remove your gas tanks. Helps keep the OEM 990 Fuel pump filters last longer. (Stop replacing $190 fuel pump filter sets so often)

This is a BOLT ON modification that can be done in under 10 min.

Billet Aluminum base that replaces your key lock setup.

I have traveled all over North America and Mexico. Not once have I ever had an issue where Stealing fuel was a concern. But if you do. I offer a Locking cap option also. (they are not keyed the same)

This is a LARGE Mouth, Screw on cap with drop in Cleanable filter option. No need to take a funnel filter along and find a place to store that gas soaked thing in amongst your gear.

Reuse the OEM gasket to seal to tank and swap over the top “L” ring seal from your locking cap to the NEW CJ Designs Billet Filler for a factory…. or better than factory look.  

Breather check valve included.

Fillers are available in Black, Orange or Machine finish – Silver.

All caps and vents are Black.

These can be purchased as the Filler neck/cap set or as a complete KIT with Fuel filters.
